How to Find Us

We're just outside the Somerset village of Chew Stoke, overlooking the stunning Chew Valley lake about 4 miles south of Bristol. This is a beautiful part of England and the valley is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are loads of activities in the area including fly fishing, horse riding, nature walks, arts and crafts etc.

Below is a map of how to get to our studio and below that some detailed instructions. We are out in the countryside so be prepared for narrow lanes, roaming cattle and tractors!!

• Go through the centre of Chew Stoke on the B3114 towards West Harptree.
• In the centre of the village you should have the Stoke Inn pub on your right. Just past the pub the road bends sharply to the left and starts to climb up the hill.
• After about 150 metres you should see a cream coloured cottage on the right (Hill Cottage). Turn right into Breach Hill Lane just before the cottage.
• Carry along the lane for about 1 mile (you will go past 2 houses on the left once you get out of the village). On the right you will see the Obelisk and the entrance to Grays Green Farm is on the left just past it.
